From my recent trip to Edinburgh Castle (and associated tourist idiots):

There is a tradition that at 1pm daily, the one o’clock gun is fired. After priming myself up for this, the above sadly is a result of attempting to photograph this event. As you can see it was loud enough to maybe slightly throw me off.
