While in the area, discovered an open weekend on the Bluebell Railway showing their progress in clearing up an old railway cutting which was used as a rubbish tip. Clearing it up is part of the big project to relink the line back to East Grinstead.
As you can see still a bit to do, but lovely photo opportunity of course.
Despite my role at work being a bit more defined and formalised these days, I’m still struggling to explain to family on what I actually do for a living.
So the above question and subsequent answers on Quora is very useful for me to help explain to them (or at least just send them the above link).
Interesting opinion on RSS which has divided the internet.
I tried a dedicated RSS reader and after two days was put off immediately by the 100s of items that built up each day.
I still skim my personalised Google page (including about 50 feeds) on a regular basis (maybe too regualrly but thats probably a weakness of me) so I’m not too overwhelmed.
